Landscape Designs do not include soils reports, nor engineering plans. However we can get you in touch with engineers.

*Prices are subject to scope and complexity of design, determined during first consultation. 2 meetings with designer and 1 copy of prints included with all designs. First Consultation $80 if there is no agreement to continue with developing a design.
FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The total design fee will be separated into two payments. One half before commencing at the first consultation, and last half after revisions and final delivery of prints.
CONDITIONS
1 Revision (minor) included in schedule above.
Any Additional Minor Revisions........................$150
Any Complete Redesign requires a new signed agreement.
New Yard Concept will retain pay up to point of current completion.
Homeowner responsible for determining all easements and underground utilities.
If necessary, Client must supply New Yard Concept with a copy of their home builder or associations CC&Rs or Design Guidelines. New Yard Concept is not responsible for HOA approval nor submission fees.
